Student Registration:
You will need the following documents with you in order to register your child:
1. Birth certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Immunization record
4. Proof of Residency
5. Insurance / Medicaid information
6. Last report card
7. Copy of IEP -If your child receives special education services.
